The precise amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances but will range from £290to £490 and this will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity.

We search a broad range of lenders on the market, for the most suitable product for you, as we are not tied to a specific lender. Some lenders work exclusively with mortgage brokers and rely on them to be the gatekeepers to bring them suitable clients. You may not be able to contact some lenders directly.
You may save on some fees and additional costs
Due to our high volume of business, we have access to ancillary services at a discounted rate. For example, we have access to a panel of reputable solicitors for you to choose from at preferential rates.
